Sophie Podeszwa

Analyst

Sophie is Orchid Advisory’s Analyst. She has a multifaceted role in assisting the Orchid team across a broad spectrum of services, including tax strategy, trust and estate planning, investment strategy, insurance solutions, philanthropic planning, and company operations.

Sophie earned her B.A. in Economics with honors from Claremont McKenna College. Her experience at CMC, a liberal arts college, allowed her to study across disciplines, and she draws on that breadth every day. Her Economics degree gave her a rigorous, quantitative way to evaluate problems, while her broader studies taught her to think creatively and see how financial decisions fit into the bigger picture of a client's life. 

A Dallas native and Hockaday School alum, Sophie still calls Dallas home.
