She plays a pivotal role in developing and executing business objectives, collaborating on budgets and forecasts, and analyzing performance to optimize operations and mitigate risks. Rachel is dedicated to streamlining processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and cultivating a supportive operational environment that empowers clients to achieve their goals.

With an extensive background in client services, Rachel previously served as a manager at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in strategic growth transformations. She is known for her creative, results-driven approach and expertise in client relations and project management.

Rachel grew up in Dallas, TX and attended the Hockaday School. She went to the University of Virginia for her undergraduate studies and earned her MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. She now resides in Austin with her husband, son, and beloved Bernedoodle.
