Jessi Blackburn

Director of Finance

As Director of Finance at Orchid Advisory, Jessi manages both day-to-day operations and strategic financial initiatives. With a robust background spanning over a decade in corporate FP&A, Jessi specializes in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across international markets. She currently oversees bookkeeping, payroll, banking relationships, budget development, strategic planning, and cash flow management.

Prior to joining Orchid Advisory, Jessi also served as Controller for an insurance firm and gained valuable experience as an auditor at Ernst & Young. She holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Dayton, complemented by her CPA designation. Jessi's dedication to organizational efficiency, process standardization, and client-centric financial solutions makes her a valuable asset in the multi-family office sector.

Outside of work, Jessi resides in St. Louis, MO with her husband and three children.
